Returns policy
Blame Brodie can offer you a refund if you feel that your purchase is not right for you.
Please be cautious of fake tan, makeup, perfume and deodorant when trying on our items. Anything that disrupts the original condition of an item means it cannot be accepted for a refund or store credit.
Sale items and items purchased during a discount period are final and not eligible for a refund, unless deemed faulty (which in this case, may only be returned for an exchange within 10 days of the item’s purchase date).
Returns
Although you may try on an item, all returned items must be returned in new and unused condition with all swing tags attached and protective packaging intact. If you would like to return an item simply email us at blamebrodie@gmail.com with your order number and name in the subject line, within 10 days of purchase for return delivery instructions.
After the expiry of the 10 day period, no refund or store credit can be offered. The cost of sending back the item is at the customer’s expense and original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we deem the product faulty, in which case we will reimburse you for the product and shipping costs upon our inspection.
Blame Brodie cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered items; for this reason we strongly recommend using a tracking service when sending the item back to ensure it’s safe delivery to us.
You will receive a refund or store credit once we have received the item and approved that it is in its original condition. A return processing time of up to 5 business days may apply.
Exchanges
At the moment we are not offering exchanges. Instead, please request a return by emailing blamebrodie@gmail.com with your order number and name in the subject line, within 10 days of purchase for return delivery instructions. Then, please go to blamebrodie.com.au to re-order your preferred items as a new, separate order.
You will receive a refund for your original order, once we have received the items back and approved that all items are in their original condition. A return processing time of up to 5 business days may apply.
Store Credit
Blame Brodie will happily authorise a store credit for any full priced item purchased from Blame Brodie, if returned back within 10 days of the item's original purchase date.
Items returned for store credit, will only be accepted if:
- The goods are in a saleable condition with all tags still intact
- The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The good are returned within 10 days of purchase date
- The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided
