Shipping policy
Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent out within 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from Blame Brodie containing a tracking number. Please make sure you also check your junk or spam for Blame Brodie notification emails.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct, as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched.
Orders are transported in 100% biodegradable and compostable satchels, making them eco-friendly and reducing the impact on our planet!
Orders are delivered through Sendle and Australia Post.
Please allow 5-10 business days (depending on your location) for your order to arrive (taking into consideration any postage delays that may be occurring due to the COVID-19 pandemic). Blame Brodie is not responsible for any delays caused by Sendle or Australia Post.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately no cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.
Lost, Damaged & Stolen Items
Blame Brodie is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once your order has been shipped. In addition, packages that say “delivered” but have not arrived, fall in the lost, damaged, stolen category. You would need to contact the courier company and open an investigation directly with them.
Stock Availability
We try to ensure that stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase. However, if the item you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a refund for the out of stock item.
Faults
If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package via blamebrodie@gmail.com with supporting imagery (photos of the incorrect or faulty items) so we can determine the next course of action. We are happy to replace faulty goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.
Blame Brodie cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged by general wear and tear.
Blame Brodie reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage or fault, you will not incur any additional costs and you will be offered a replacement of the item.
